Our new gin – a collaboration between Norra Hamnen 5 and Nyfjäll Distillery
When we heard that Nyfjäll Distillery was starting up here in Lysekil, it felt completely natural to begin a collaboration. The result? Two completely unique gins – created together, to be enjoyed exclusively with us at Norra Hamnen 5.
Local craftsmanship with a taste of the West Coast
Nyfjäll Distillery is a newly established craft distillery in Lysekil, proud of its origins and passionate about flavor. Just like us at NH5, they are dedicated to quality, local roots, and authentic experiences.
That’s why we are especially excited to offer their products – locally produced gin that captures the essence of the West Coast, no matter the season.

Nyfjäll’s range is available both at Systembolaget and with us this summer. Their West Coast Gin and Old Tom are fresh and citrus-driven, with hints of mango, for example – a perfect balance for summer.
But it doesn’t stop there.

After many hours of experimenting, tasting, and refining, we have developed together two unique gins that you can only enjoy with us:
Cucumber & Elderflower
Fresh and elegant – perfect in a classic Gin & Tonic or an Elderflower Martini.
Rhubarb & Strawberry
Summery and tartly sweet – try it in a Tom Collins or a French 75 with a twist.
