Guest satisfaction and great service are at the heart of everything we do. Many of our staff return season after season, but we’re always looking for new talent who can challenge us and help make the workplace even better together.

The most important thing for a restaurant to work well is that we work well together. We place great value on functioning as a team together with our employees, rather than having a “perfect” CV. We work with people, and the chemistry within the team is crucial.
We ourselves work in the restaurant alongside you, which means we’re always available for conversations or questions, big or small.
Ingredients from local producers
We work closely with local fishermen and oyster farmers. We always use fresh fish and seafood and maintain high quality in everything we do.
High pace
Many guests, lots of laughter, many regulars – guests recognize you and come back.
Our restaurant is well known, with visitors from near and far, arriving by both car and boat. The pace is high, but we’re also a large team working together.
Returning staff
We’re fortunate that our staff really enjoy working with us, and many people return for two or even three seasons. That’s the best feedback we as employers can receive.
Staff accommodation
We offer accommodation within a maximum 15-minute walk from the workplace. Rooms are usually shared by two people, with a few single rooms available. Rent is deducted from your salary.
