At our restaurant, guest satisfaction and excellent service are our top priorities. We have many returning staff members, but we’re always looking for new talents who can challenge us and help make the workplace even better together.
We offer a stimulating work environment with a great team, including training in food and beverage.
Community, cohesion, and shared memories
The most important thing for the restaurant to work well is that we work well together.
We place great value on functioning as a team with our colleagues, rather than focusing solely on having a perfect CV. We work with people, and the chemistry within the team is crucial.
We ourselves work alongside you at the restaurant, so we are always available for conversations or questions, big or small.
Ingredients from local producers
We have close collaborations with local fishermen and oyster farmers. We always work with fresh fish and seafood and maintain high quality in everything we do.
Fast-paced environment
Many guests, lots of laughter, plenty of regulars – guests recognize us.
Our restaurant is well-known and attracts visitors from near and far, by car and boat alike.
It’s a fast-paced environment, but we are also a large team working together.
Returning staff
We are lucky to have staff who seem to really enjoy working here – many come back for two or three seasons, which is the best compliment we can receive as an employer!
Staff accommodation
We have accommodation within a maximum 15-minute walk from the workplace.
Rooms are usually shared by two people, but some single rooms are available. Rent is deducted from your salary.
